PLEASE NOTE:
99% of our international orders ship First Class Air Mail
via the USPS (United States Postal Service) The unique
customs number that you will receive is not a formal
tracking number as the USPS system does not integrate with
most country's internal tracking systems.
That said ~ depending on the customs
department in your country, you may be able to use this
unique customs number to track your shipment internally.
International delivery time varies by
country - and flocculates based on the countries security
level and the shear volume of parcels attempting to get
through customs.

On RARE occasion an item may be
back ordered or out of stock. If so, we will contact
you and give you an estimate on the delivery date. |

If you are not satisfied with your Fiber Optic Store
Purchase you may return it with in 15 days of purchase.
The product must unused and re-salable condition. The
refund will be for the cost of the product, the initial
shipping and handling charges can not be refunded. It
is the customers responsibility to properly pack and ship
the product back to The Fiber Optic Store. Insurance
is recommended for larger orders.
