Purchase Orders
  We do accept purchase orders (POs) from established companies, educational institutions, and government entities.  For POs please e-mail us at:  sales@thefiberopticstore.com and include the following information about your company:
   
 
  • Company Name
  • Company’s Tax ID Number
  • Company’s DUNS Number
  • Company Billing Address (to be used on the Invoice)
  All POs must also contain the contact information for the person responsible for receiving and processing the invoice. This contact information must include:
   
 
  • Person’s Name and their department
  • Phone number
  • E-mail address
  • Fax Number

We pride our self on quick turnaround. 92% of our orders ship with-in 36 hours after receipt of payment.  Often we receive an e-mail from a customer expressing their gratitude that the product arrived far quicker than they expected and in excellent condition.

  PLEASE NOTE:  99% of our international orders ship First Class Air Mail via the USPS (United States Postal Service)  The unique customs number that you will receive is not a formal tracking number as the USPS system does not integrate with most country's internal tracking systems.   

That said ~ depending on the customs department in your country, you may be able to use this unique customs number to track your shipment internally.  

International delivery time varies by country - and flocculates based on the countries security level and the shear volume of parcels attempting to get through customs.

Back Ordered Items
  On RARE occasion an item may be back ordered or out of stock.  If so, we will contact you and give you an estimate on the delivery date.
If you are not satisfied with your Fiber Optic Store Purchase you may return it with in 15 days of purchase.  The product must unused and re-salable condition.  The refund will be for the cost of the product, the initial shipping and handling charges can not be refunded.  It is the customers responsibility to properly pack and ship the product back to The Fiber Optic Store.  Insurance is recommended for larger orders.

Please CLICK HERE to contact us and obtain a Return Authorization Number.  Once obtained, this number should be visible on the outside of the return.
When you place an order with us, or e-mail us a question, we add your e-mail address to our private customer address book.  You may receive a periodic e-mail updates or a special offers from our company.  You will have the option, during the check out process, and as a part of any general e-mails, to opt out.
