Sound & Vision magazine featured a six page article on the home theater constructed by Brian & Debbie Lamont.

This excellent piece gives valuable insights into the creation of the  Lamont's incredible theater.  We, at The Fiber Optic Store.com, are proud to be associated with their accomplishment.  For additional information on the creation of the fiber optic stars, be sure to visit our area dedicated to: "El Theatre' de Lamont ".

      Great job Brian & Debbie!

South of the Border  (An excerpt from the Sound & Vision article written by Jamie Sorcher)
Early on, Brian and Debbie decided that they wanted their home theater to create an illusion, to have a sense of magic.  So they created a romantic environment where visitors feel they've stepped out into a Mexican courtyard.  By adding fiber-optic lighting, they've even simulated a night sky.

"One of the first things you notice when you walk into the home theater and look around are the sparkling stars above you," Brian points out.  " It really feels like you've walked out of the house into a tiny garden and then into a courtyard.  And that's what we wanted. "

To create that effect, the Lamonts worked with a company they found on the Internet called thefiberopticstore.com, which had reasonable prices.
